Most products can be built in 2-4 weeks, plus shipping. This may vary on the degree of customization and arrival of fabrics. 

All Shipping is coordinated on an order by order basis, meaning as soon as the product is complete, we pack and wrap the product, get weights and measurements and then get quotes based on either White Glove service or just Drop Off service. We coordinate the pick up and shipping but you are responsible for its arrival on your end. 

All products are handmade in los angeles and can be upgraded to use cleaner, more green materials if requested.  Pricing will depend on the degree of sustainable materials used. All products are handmade and therefore slight variations in dimensions may occur.

Shipping is FOB our factory so once it leaves our facility in Los Angeles, all damages and claims are to be filed by the client to the broker.
